POTATOES AU GRATIN😋
Yields: 6 Servings
2 med-large russet potatoes
2 cups of parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp of salt, divided (1/8 tsp per layer)
1/2 tsp of pepper, divided (1/8 tsp per layer)
a pinch of nutmeg, per layer
1/2 cup of heavy cream
DIRECTIONS
Peel and slice the potatoes. layer the potatoes in your baking dish, then add a thin layer of cheese, 1/8 tsp of salt and pepper, and thin layer of your heavy cream. Repeat until dish is filled.
Bake 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is golden.
